It’s awful it’s just horrible

It makes me sick to my stomache 

And squat over and puke

My heart out.

Black and thick puke.

Messy messy

And over

My eyes-

-Which curl back

Into my head

In waves

And waves

And wish for it

To wash away.

And sometimes joy

But never joy

Is all I

Feel today.
